Aleph Taw Sorority and Alpha Omega Fraternity
Director: Phyllis Nickerson(GKW Chapter 1991) A
Christian sorority and fraternity promoting spiritual growth and fellowship
amongst teen-agers. Teens as part of these groups serve as vehicles to reach
fellow teens by using their lives as witnesses for Jesus Christ. These teens
endeavor to cultivate social and moral behavior, spiritual commitment
and academic excellence.
Audio/Video
Director: Anthony Gary
The Audio/Video Ministry at Calvary Resurrection Christian Church supports
Pastor Linda Whitt with developing and equipping the Body of Christ through the
repetitious “hearing” of the Word through the recording and producing of audio cassette
tapes, CD’s and video cassettes. This ministry produces quality T.V. and Radio Broadcasts
to meet a variety of church needs with digital equipment using video cameras,
editing systems, recorders, duplicators and P.A. systems.
Bookstore
Director: Altha Gary
The Calvary Resurrection Christian Church Bookstore provides a variety of quality Christian
Bibles,
books, music and gift items to enhance the lives of the people of God. It encourages the listening
of Christian music and the reading of Christian literature. Feeding the spirit,
soul, and body is our focus.
Calvary Resurrection Christian Academy
Principal:
CRCA is a non-denominational, non-profit Christian school that offers a
balance in academic and spiritual education. Enrollment is open to the public.
Children and Youth
Director: Jay Gary
The goals of this ministry are to; introduce children
to Jesus, use various teaching techniques to help children build and maintain
a positive relationship with the Lord and to provide exciting Biblically sound
lessons that help children live victoriously through their faith in Christ.
Christian Education

Christian Education is responsible for coordinating,
planning and evaluating all training in the church. Its main goal is
to help all Christians mature in God's Word. Our focus is to equip the
saints.
Conquering Couples
Directors: Clint and Rachel Smith
The enemy strives to destroy society by destroying God's
sacred union. Conquering Couples teach couples how to live and grow as one
through Biblical teaching, activities, and recreation.
Discipleship
Director: Brenda Drake
The discipleship ministry's main objective is evangelism. It is an outreach
ministry responsible for carrying out, with love and all diligence, the mandate
of God, to seek and save those which are lost. They minister to those
that are saved to bring them to spiritual maturity and prepare them for the work
of the ministry.
Drama
Director: Laneta Evans
Making it plain-Keeping it real. By the clever interweaving of
music, dance, and comedy with the Word of God, drama is a ministry tool that can
reach the saved, unsaved, young, old, educated, rich and poor. Everyone needs
to un-wind and relax sometimes and we make that possible by making it plain
and keeping it real. We use this strategic ministry tool to teach Godly
principles in an entertaining way.
Educational Services

It is God's will that young people are successful in every area of their
lives; this includes school. This service provides tutoring for students who
want extra help in their academic studies. We also work with parents on what
they can do to help their children be more successful in school.
Fellowship
Director: Sharon Wilson
This ministry allows the members of the church body to meet outside regular
church services in a less formal setting to get better acquainted with each
other and enjoy various activities together.
God’s Heritage Fellowship
Director: Leah Wiggins
GHF was established to unite parents to fulfill their God-given
assignments. Its purpose is to provide spiritual, social, financial and
physical renewal to parents; to provide an
interactive Christian support group for parents before, during and throughout
parenthood, (Proverbs 11:14) and to bring resurrection to barren
couples desiring children and restoration to unmarried parents.
Hands In Motion
Director: Wanda Jackson
Hands In Motion (HIM) was established to interpret the Word of God as it is
ministered during worship services to the hearing impaired. HIM also
dramatically ministers "special music" periodically during worship services.
Intercessory Prayer
Director: Marion Terry
This ministry leads the Body of Christ in prayer. We stand in the gap for the Church, Pastor, the members, family
and the World. We take a stand by touching and agreeing as we go forth in
prayer.
